I would like to disclose the events that occurred, and followed the lovely result I received, on the completion of my living room drapes.

I was truly in a dilemma when I called Laursen & Son from their ad and number listed in the phone directory.
My dilemma:

1. Floor heaters below the corner window
2. White vertical blinds that had to remain in place

I wanted a semi tailored look, also, a quiet charming effect.

The experience of working with Stan Laursen on many fabric choices and combination was at once very rewarding for me.   His color sense was the key and we now have the result of his expert input.

I enjoy my drapes, the swags, side pleats and full length panels at each end are right in scale to my rectangular living room.

The look they add to my total effect is graceful and complete, what I couldn’t come up with myself.
